Creation of a Unified Cloud Readiness Assessment Model to Improve Digital Transformation Strategy

Digital transformation can disrupt any organization in industry, but few organizations have successfully transformed. For an to transform digitally, a firm must adopt new technologies that enable it change how creates value. One of the most crucial need facilitate digital is Cloud services. Cloud-based are necessary for because they allow cost-effectively obtain needed infrastructure capacity, processing, and developmental flexibility support advanced analytical tools methods. Implementing adopting cloud services be challenging requires leaders teams effective strategy understanding company's readiness. Multiple organizational factors impact readiness, depending on firm's strengths or weaknesses, each element will hinder adoption Understanding readiness has been shown improve organization's services, assessing also since different assessment models determine varying ways. Readiness range from generic technology specific models, unified approach combines model create more comprehensive model. A meta-analysis current was conducted identify what assessed. The findings show there seems significant agreement strategy, technology, existing operations, external factors.
